Pathao Tickets: replacing Zendesk with a patched open source helpdesk
Zendesk cost Pathao about $1,000 a month, and adding chat and automations would have cost far more. We patched an open source helpdesk instead and got ticketing, live chat and tag-based automations for around $300 a month.
